1、第一步是先報名。按照瑞士這邊的要求，如果學生的條件是符合他們的要求，那么學校需要和學生簽署一份協議，在這個時候學生就得交手續費了。
2、報了名之后需要在兩周內把資料給準備好，然后交給使館或者是代理的公司，另外有些材料是需要學生自己來填寫的。
3、然后把所有的材料都寄到學校之后，學校確認過材料能夠被錄取就會給你發offer。
4、護照。你在得到了offer后，就能去辦理你的護照等等了。一般這些文件只要15-25個工作日里就能辦理成功了。
5、學費。另外得到了offer后除了辦簽證，還需要把第一個學年的學費支付給學校才行，一般是用電匯的形式來匯學費。
6、簽證。把學費交了過去，帶著自己電匯的復印件以及護照等等材料去辦理你的簽證。
7、入境。學生的簽證在辦好之后，要按照學校規定開學的時間前到瑞士來。
