1.乘機
乘國際、地區航班的旅客，必須在規定的時間到達指定的機場，憑機票、有效的護照、簽證及旅行證件辦妥乘機及出境等各類手續。旅客沒有按規定的時間到達指定機場或攜帶的護照、簽證及旅行證件不符合規定，而未能辦妥乘機和出境等各類手續引起的一切損失和責任由旅客自負。
2.機場費
對每一個從中華人民共和國國際機場出境的國際旅客，收取機場費人民幣90元。對持有外交護照的旅客，24小時內過境的旅客以及12歲以下的兒童，免收機場費。
3.旅行證件
國際旅客在辦理乘機及出境手續前，應辦妥護照、簽證及旅行證件等一切手續。旅客的護照、簽證及旅行證件應隨身攜帶，不得放在交運行李中運輸。由于旅客旅行證件不完備而受到的損失和支付的費用，承運人不承擔責任。但對于由此使承運人受到的一切損失和支付的費用，包括(但不限于)罰金，旅客應當負責賠償。
4.定座
旅客乘國際航班，可根據有關規定向航空公司售票處或其代理人預定，已定妥國際、地區航班座位的旅客，應按航空公司規定的出票時限辦理購票手續。
如未在購票時限內購票，所定座位即被取消，已定妥國際、地區航班座位，包括聯程座位的旅客，如所定座位不利用時，應盡早向所定座的航空公司售票處或其代理人提出取消座位。
